We’re expanding our hours to serve you better!
Starting March 10, SingVet Beauty World will be open from 9 AM to 9 PM on weekdays and 9 AM to 6 PM on weekends. Our last registration will be one hour prior to closing.
While appointments are preferred, we also welcome walk-ins! Please note, we will be closed on public holidays.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Our discounted health screening is only available at our Beauty World branch.
2. Standard consultation charges applies.
3. Follow up tests recommended are not discounted.
4. We are unable to refund any part of the test. We do not recommend choosing the comprehensive option if your pet cannot tolerate eye pressure or blood pressure testing.

Prescription Fees
From 1st October 2023, a prescription fee of $8 (before GST) applies for written prescriptions for drug we carry in SingVet. This charge is for each drug prescription:
- No charge for prescriptions for diets.
- No charge for drugs not carried in SingVet.
- Prescription only valid till next required review.

At Singvet, we believe in providing quality service for you and your pet. This involves hiring quality employees, purchasing necessary equipment and medications. We can only continue to maintain such care and services if we receive prompt payment for the services rendered. We have a no credit policy and all outstanding invoices have to be paid upon discharge. This includes all in-hospital patients, surgeries and upon completion of all out-patient consultations.
A minimal deposit is required for hospitalisation, surgeries and procedures to allow us to proceed with the agreed treatment. Additional top-up of the initial deposit may be necessary with hospitalised pets as treatment progresses.
Full payment is required at the time services are rendered.
For your convenience, we accept Cash, Nets, Masters, Visa, Amex, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Paywave.
We also accept Atome (Buy Now Pay Later) with a minimum spending of $500.
